At first when we heard the news that we were having our tour  to Ghale Gaun, we were very excited  about that.  We all started to plan about what to do in our tour. Most of us were ready to go to tour but some of us refused to go. At last 27 students along with our teachers : Rajan sir , Murari sir and Deepak sir were confirmto go on the tour.

First day………..

at bus
On the very first day of our tour, we were very excited regarding our tour i.e. Ghale Gaun. When almost everybody arrived at 8am without any delay we departed from our school by our school bus. In the bus we sang songs and took ridiculous and enormous photos. Then, we had our morning meal in a hotel and then headed towards Ghale Gaun. After a long bus travel finally we reached to Ghale Gaun at nearly around 4-5 pm.

We were astonished by the exquisiteness of Ghale Gaun. People of Ghale Gaun were well-bred and courteous. They welcomed us with typical Gurung culture by putting white-coloured tikas and flowers. After that we had to stay 4/5 students in the particular houses. So, we were divided into groups and then were taken by the house owners to their respective houses. The houses there were made of wood, mud and stones. We were given very luxurious homes and delicious food to eat. At night we ate and danced and had a lot of fun there.

Second day………..

houses in bhujung
on the way to bhujung
In the morning, we all left our houses and went to the hilltop to see sunrise as Ghale Gaun was famous for it. It was eyeful spot to scrutinize. Then after having our morning meal we went to Bhujung by walking almost 3 hours. We were very tired and hungry by the time we reached Bhujung. In bhujung all the students and teachers were divided into half and we had meal in two different houses. The food was mouth-watering and because of our tiredness we felt the food more tasteful.

Then, we returned from Bhujung back to Ghale Gaun. On the way, as we were exhausted and were feeling thirsty we drank water from small streams as well. Finally, we reached Ghale Gaun. There we took some rest. After that , at night we had camp fire. We had a lot of fun in around camp fire. There we sang song along with our teachers. Rajan sir pleased us by singing a song titled as “Majhi Paryauda:Bulbule Dwang” and our friend Sri Krishna also sang song “Ladkee Pataaya”song.  It was the most memorable moment that we felt on the tour which will always remain in our remembrance.

Third day…………

tea garden of ghale gaun
On the third day of our tour, after having our morning breakfast, our troop had a walk around Ghale Gaun. In the context, we went to the tea garden of Ghale Gaun. By roaming around tea garden we gained many information about it. As it was in the steep land, it seemed really beautiful.after wandering tea garden we went to our respective homes and packed our bags and became ready to depart from Ghale Gaun. By the time it was around 11am and we gathered at a place and people of Ghale Gaun gave us farewell by putting tika and garland.

Then we departed from Ghale Gaun to Besi sahar by walking along the stony stairs from the top of the hill to the buttom. Tiredly, we arrived Besi Sahar nearly at 4pm. There we had our lunh in a hotel and then we stayed in Gangapurna Hotel of Besi Sahar. At night. We went to a moving bridge(Jhulunge pool) . There we were scared a bit but had a lot of fun. Then we went back to our hotel, had supper and also watched television.
Fourth day………….
Hollow inside Siddha Cave
Fourth day was the last day of our journey. In this day, in the morning we left the hotel and went to Siddha cave at Bandipur which is the largest cave of the Southeast Asia. In siddha cave, we saw many amazing things made by limestone formations like face of a sage, naga formation (snake) at the ceiling etc. There was many small cave under siddha cave. Among which was never ending cave whose ending point is not discovered by anyone till now. We even went to a small cave which was the hottest place of that cave and that cave lacked oxygen. We also observed the inscription of name of Sita and Ram in the wall.

During the climbing and falling of the steepy and slippery land many of us slipped in it and Deepak sir also slipped there but was not badly hurted. We felt very sorry for that. Then by travelling by bus we went to Malekhu where we went to a restaurant and had Malekhu’s fish and enjoyed a lot. At last we arrived Kathmandu at nearly 7pm. That was the most memorable and tremendous tour that we had in Ghale Gaun which is unforgettable.
